Real Estate Salesperson

Clark Gaehring

A native to the Rochester area, Clark has 2o years experience in different facets of real estate, including home renovations, property management, and residential real estate sales. Clark achieved a goal many first time home buyers set, when he purchased a two family home, living on one side, and collecting rental income from the other. During this time, he was employed as a general manager of a popular restaurant, and working towards obtaining his real estate salesperson license. In 2020, during the height of an unprecedented, competitive sellers market and global pandemic, Clark obtained his license and transitioned into his career as a full time contractor and Realtor.

Raised in Avon, NY, Clark left home to attend Utica College, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business management. Upon his return, he’s lived in different areas throughout Rochester, including the historic Maplewood district, the South Wedge, and Fairport, where he now resides with his wife, son, and dog. Clark is active in his local community and serves as the president of the Fairport Lion’s Club.

With his vast experience in home repair and renovations, Clark views every home with unparalleled attention. He brings that same level of expertise and care into each transaction, from first meetings, to closing day. He’s a wealth of knowledge and a major asset to the team.
